Bharati Energy Secure Service Plan
- Eligibility:
- The Secure Service Plan is available to all residential consumers who subscribe to the plan.
- The plan is non-transferable and applicable only to the address registered at the time of subscription.
- Plan Benefits:
- Free Services: Consumers are entitled to two free services per year (with a six-month interval). These services include routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of electrical appliances covered under the plan.
- In-house Shifting: Bharati Energy offers in-house shifting of electrical appliances. This benefit is applicable only within the same premises and can only be availed after six months of plan tenure.
- Discount on Additional Services: Any services beyond the free services will be provided at a discounted rate based on Bharati Energy’s scheduled service charges.
- Service Coverage:
- The plan covers electrical appliances listed at the time of registration, which may include but are not limited to air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and other household electrical appliances.
- Only appliances that are operational and in good working condition at the time of subscribing to the plan will be eligible for service.
- Bharati Energy reserves the right to cancel the service coverage of any appliance that is faulty, aged, or beyond repair.
- Scheduling of Services:
- Consumers must schedule their free services in advance through Bharati Energy’s service portal or customer support.
- Each service visit will address issues pertaining to the appliances registered under the plan. Any additional work requested during the visit, not covered by the plan, will be charged at the applicable discounted rate.
- Validity & Renewal:
- The Secure Service Plan is valid for one year from the date of subscription.
- Consumers can renew the plan annually by paying the renewal fee before the expiration of the current plan.
- Exclusions:
- The plan does not cover major repairs, replacements, or any damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Appliances that are beyond economical repair will not be serviced under the free services.
- Payment:
- Consumers are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee at the time of plan subscription.
- Plan payments can be made quarterly, semi-annually, or in advance.
- Any other payments, including for additional services, will be made at the time of availing services.
- Cancellation & Refunds:
- Consumers may cancel their subscription within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been availed under the plan.
- After 30 days or after availing any service, the plan will be non-refundable. In the event of cancellation after availing any services, consumers will be required to pay twice the full Plan amount as a cancellation fee.
- Liability:
- Bharati Energy shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the services provided under the Secure Service Plan.
- The company’s liability is limited to the extent of services provided during the service visits.
- Amendments:
- Bharati Energy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via official channels.
